The Hunts Blind Shop

The Hunts Blind shop is open Monday-Friday 10.00-3.00 and is run entirely by our loyal volunteers.

We have a range of products for sale; books, CDs, bric-a-brac, vinyl, knitwear, electrical goods, DVDs and cards. Recently we have had a rail put in, so the children’s knitwear is now hanging, and easier to look through.

Almost all of our goods are donated by the public, and all income from the shop is used to support the Huntingdonshire residents of all ages who are experiencing sight loss.

We are in the process of adding bigger and bolder labels to the shelves, so they are easier to read.

Our newest edition to the shop is our sensory items. These are aids to help with everyday living and are in addition to the visual aid equipment items we have in our resource room.

Drop in and see us next time you are in Huntingdon. Our address is 8 St Mary’s Street. We never
know what items we are going to get donated, so every day is different. You are
always welcome and everyone in the shop and office would love to see you.
